 I like making healthy choices. I make healthy choices when I decide to eat healthy. Eating protein bars and protein drinks . I am healthy when I decide to watch YouTube.\ My favorite ways to exercise are by doing pull ups walking on the treadmill. I stay healthy by keeping good hygiene . I keep good hygiene when I take a shower. Another way l keep good hygiene is   wearing deodorant

 This friday I am going to play putt putt golf. I am going to play at royal oak golf center No more than 5 people per group. Maximum of 5 strokes per hole. There are 18 holes on the course. I am happy for the putt putt
